Frequently asked questions

How does the service work?

You upload your .pub files (single files, folders or ZIP archives). You preview every file for free. If it looks right, you pay and download a single ZIP with the faithful PDF and the editable PPTX of every file.

How much does it cost?

From €19 for 50 files to €129 for 1,000 files. No subscription, you pay once. Above 1,000 files the service is custom, with a quote. See the pricing page for details.

If I buy a pack and use fewer files, what happens?

Every archive is independent and paid separately. If you buy Starter (up to 50 files) and convert 10, you paid Starter for that archive; the remaining 40 do not carry over to a next archive. If later you have more files to convert, you create a new archive and pick a plan again. Tip: upload all the files you need together, larger packs cost less per file.

Are my files safe?

Files are automatically deleted after 7 days (30 with the Archive+ pack) and you receive an email confirmation of the deletion. Nobody looks at the content of your documents.

Which formats do I get?

With Starter: faithful PDF of every file, in one ordered ZIP. With Archive and Archive+ you also get the editable PPTX of every file, ready for PowerPoint or Canva.

Can I keep editing the layout after conversion?

Yes. With Archive or Archive+ you receive the PPTX of every file: open it in PowerPoint (the free web version too) or import it into Canva. Layout preserved, text stays editable.

What if a file is password-protected?

The gallery shows a lock icon and a field for the password. We reconvert the file automatically as soon as we receive the key.

What about damaged files?

We tell you which files could not be converted and why. For recoverable cases we offer an assisted service on request.

VAT invoices, associations, public bodies?

Yes: enter your billing details at checkout and we send an invoice automatically. For public bodies and bank-transfer payments, use the quote channel (above 1,000 files or on request).

Which languages do you support?

Italian, English, German, French by email.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything happens in the browser. Create an account with email and password, upload your files, done.
